Successful projects include the £1.5M redevelopment of Imperial Laundries and the £2.5M expansion of St Giles Hospice.

The business has a highly experienced project management team servicing the Aviation Industry. Projects include the design and building of aircraft hangars, design and re-organisation of security areas, installation of new passenger facilities, design and build of new transfer baggage facilities and re-organisation of existing baggage systems.

It has considerable knowledge of airline operations having worked closely with a number of operators including BAA, BMI, Air Canada and Virgin Atlantic.

Team members have detailed understanding of the regulatory processes operating in all major airports including security protocols, building and planning regulations, CAA, DfT, Customs, Immigration and VAT requirements.

The team has an excellent reputation for its highly professional approach across different business sectors and is currently managing a number of residential re-developments.

09/09/2007 - Millar Management awarded new £4M contract
Millar Management have been appointed Project Manager of £4M project to improve passenger facilities at T1, T3 and T4 at Heathrow airport.
02/09/2007 - Redesign of baggage system at major airport in Far East
Millar Management have announced the completion of the scheme design of the baggage system at one of the busiest airports in the Far East. The baggage system has been redesigned to allow for the major increase in traffic volumes being experienced at the airport.
14/07/2007 - Millar Management completes re-organisation of passenger security at T4
The re-organisation of the security area at T4 has been successfully completed.
